I love handmade things, and like so many of you, that makes me a fan of Etsy!
Check out these watches from WhichWatch, they are interchangeable and you can custom make your own! I particularly like the chunky silver one, purdy!
Blessed Ramadan greetings to all those celebrating the month.

Pixar Short Films Collection – Volume 1
You know those short, funny and interesting animations that usually precede a Disney/Pixar feature film? Well, they are all now on one DVD! Now, at first I thought, “ok, who is really going to buy this?!”, but when we watched it, my kids were really quite impressed with these “small” movies, especially my 5 year old, who really gets the irony of the stories. There are some Cars, Monsters Inc, and The Incredibles short films included as well. I think it’s a really nice little collection of short films.
I also have one to giveaway, so if you’re interested, and you’re subscribed to the feed, then you’ll know how to enter for a chance to win!

I would never classify myself as a geek, I mean, I do love computers and cool gadgets, but that’s about as “geeky” as I get… and so my kids have never really been exposed to any gaming systems, until now.
For Eid we gifted the kids a Vtech V.Smile TV Learning System
to share, and since then I have been completely amazed by this little device!
The system comes with one game, an alphabet game, which was actually pretty cool, and enjoyable… even the kids liked it! haha
I really, really recommend this little system, it’s easy for the kids to use, they can practice writing, singing the alphabet, and even the “adventures” games involved letter and number recognition!
And… if you buy it from Amazon
(aff), you get the added bonus of a complimentary 1 year subscription of Cookie Magazine.
